Our Comprehensive cancellation Policy for Hotel Bookings and Tours:

As a traveler, you are eligible to cancel your tour before the cancellation deadline. However, if you cancel after the deadline, we will apply a cancellation charge based on the period. The cancellation date will be when the company receives the written cancellation. The cancellation charges will be calculated from the day the company or their authorized travel agent receives the written notification.

The cancellation charges will be a percentage of the tour price per person canceling, including surcharges but excluding any amendment charges and insurance payments. The charges are as follows:

1. 60 – 45 days before the tour start date, a charge of 5% of the total amount per person will be applied.
2. 44 – 30 days before the tour start date, a charge of 30% will be applied.
3. 29 – 15 days before the tour start date, a charge of 50% will be applied.
4. 14 – 07 days before the tour start date, a charge of 90% will be applied.
5. Less than seven days before the tour start date, a charge of 100% will be applied.

If you leave the trip voluntarily for any reason after the trip has begun, no refunds will be made. Refunds will be at the discretion of Angkor Focus Travel if you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip for any reason. As you know, all cancellation charges mentioned above are exclusive of the credit card surcharge fee on your first payment transaction.

Why We Cancel Your Tours?

Angkor Discovery Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip before it is guaranteed to departure. However, we will not cancel a tour less than 60 days before the start date. A trip is guaranteed to run once it has one fully-paid traveler. We may cancel a trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time prior to departure due to force majeure (War, Riots, Civil Disturbance, Strikes, Natural disasters, Terrorists activities or threat of such, closure of airport or cancellation of international or domestic airtime table services, political instability, or other external events which make it unviable for Angkor Focus Travel to operate the planned schedule).

If we cancel a trip, you can choose between an alternative trip or a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred because of your booking, such as visa fees, vaccination fees, non-refundable flights, etc. If the alternative trip chosen is of lower value than that originally booked, then you are entitled to a refund of the price difference. You will pay the price difference if the alternative tour chosen is of higher value.

We reserve the right to change and correct any errors in tour operation if we see that we cannot operate in a natural environment due to weather, infrastructure, etc. We aim to provide the best and smooth operating tour to Chambak Adventures’ travelers.
